Calculate interest, compensation, or delay costs. Or generate a ready-to-send payment reminder in 30 seconds.
The Polish Act of 8 March 2013 on preventing excessive delays in commercial transactions automatically grants B2B creditors three rights the moment a payment deadline passes: statutory interest on late commercial payments (currently 15.75% per annum), a flat-rate compensation for recovery costs (EUR 40–100 depending on the invoice amount), and the right to issue and send a formal payment demand. None of these rights require a special contract clause — a valid invoice and a missed deadline are enough.
Our five free tools help you exercise each of these rights quickly and correctly: the interest calculator computes the exact statutory interest amount, the compensation calculator converts the flat-rate entitlement at the current NBP exchange rate, the cost calculator estimates the total financial impact of late payment on your business, the demand letter generator produces a ready-to-send document, and the interest note generator calculates interest and formats a complete nota odsetkowa. All tools work without registration and are completely free.
