How do we count reminders?
1 from your pool = 1 invoice active in a given period: issued, or covered by reminders — no matter how many messages go out. Receiving KSeF invoices never uses the pool, and clients are unlimited on every plan. Example: a Starter customer who issues 12 invoices and turns on reminders for 3 invoices received from KSeF uses exactly 15 pool slots — no matter how many messages are sent or how many clients are involved.

What is the difference between Free and paid tiers?
The Free tier gives you 3 issued KSeF invoices a month, unlimited receiving, plus a dashboard showing who has paid and who is overdue. The Invoices Only plan (PLN 29/mo) raises the limit to 75 issued invoices — still without reminders. Automated client reminders start with Starter: there, issuing and reminders share one active-invoice pool (Starter: 15, Professional: 75, Business: unlimited). Clients are unlimited on every plan.
How is the active-invoice pool counted?
The pool is the number of invoices you issue or cover with automated reminders in a given period — one shared pool: Free 3, Tylko faktury 75, Starter 15, Professional 75, Business unlimited. No per-message charges: an invoice with reminders takes one slot however many messages go out. An active recurring-invoice template also holds one slot per period. Receiving KSeF invoices and corrections never use the pool. It resets each billing period.
What happens after the 14-day Professional trial?
Your account downgrades to Free automatically — no charges, because we never asked for a card. You keep 3 KSeF invoices a month and the overdue dashboard. Upgrade whenever the reminders have proven their worth — or pick Invoices Only (PLN 29/mo) if you only need invoicing.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from account settings, effective immediately. On a downgrade, reminders above the new limit are paused (not deleted), so you can reactivate them later. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Is Business tier available now?
Business (unlimited reminders, 499 zł/mo) is in waitlist mode while we onboard an initial group carefully. Professional covers the needs of most small and mid-sized businesses and is available immediately. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out as places open.
Do recurring invoices and automatic card payments cost extra?
No — recurring invoices in Terminovo come at no extra cost. They count toward your plan's monthly invoice limit, and if you cover them with reminders they use the normal reminder allowance. Turn off a schedule and its slot frees up immediately. Automatic card charging is part of the Stripe payments integration, available on the Professional and Business plans.
How much does KSeF invoicing software cost?
With Terminovo you start free: the Free plan gives you 3 issued KSeF invoices a month with unlimited receiving. Need more? The Invoices Only plan is PLN 29/mo net for 75 invoices a month, with unlimited clients. For comparison, similar invoicing-only plans from competitors (wFirma, Fakturownia, iFirma) typically run from roughly ten to a few dozen PLN a month on annual billing — see our price comparison above for current numbers. Automated payment reminders to clients are available from the Starter plan (PLN 49/mo).
Is there a cheaper alternative to wFirma or Fakturownia?
