These Terms govern the use of Terminovo services.

Using the Platform means accepting these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Provider: Terminovo
• User: person using the Platform
• Account: User account
• Services: Platform functionalities
• Plan: selected service package

3. Scope of Services

The Platform offers:

• Issuing invoices to KSeF
• Receiving invoices from KSeF
• Automatic reminders
• Receivables management
• Reporting dashboard
• API integrations

Features depend on the selected Plan.

4. Registration and Account

To use Services, create an Account.

User is responsible for:

• Login credentials confidentiality
• Keeping data updated
• Account activities

5. Plans and Payments

Available Plans:

• Start: free
• Professional: 75 active sequences / PLN 119/mo
• Business: unlimited sequences / PLN 499/mo

Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime.

You can change Plans at any time.

6. Liability

Provider commits to:

• 99.5% Platform availability
• Secure data storage
• Legal compliance

Provider is not liable for:

• KSeF system outages
• False data from User
• User-caused data loss
• Indirect damages

7. KSeF Integration

User must:

• Have valid KSeF authorization
• Grant Platform permissions
• Ensure invoice compliance

Provider is not responsible for invoice content.

8. Data Protection

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform is protected by copyright law.

10. Termination

User may cancel at any time.

Provider may terminate for:

• Terms violation
• Misuse of Platform
• Harmful actions

11. Complaints

Submit complaints to pomoc@terminovo.pl.

We respond within 14 business days.

12. Terms Changes

We notify of changes 14 days in advance.

13. Final Provisions

Polish law governs these Terms.

Polish Civil Code applies.
