Our mission
Terminovo is Polish invoicing and payment recovery software for KSeF e-invoicing compliance and automated payment reminders. Founded in 2025 and built specifically for Polish businesses, from freelancers and sole traders to accounting firms and small teams. We believe that issuing an invoice is only half the job. The other half is making sure the client actually pays.
What we do
Terminovo combines two capabilities that usually require separate tools: KSeF-compliant invoicing (Krajowy System e-Faktur, Poland's national e-invoicing system) and automated receivables management. We send payment reminders, track invoice statuses, and escalate follow-ups, without any manual work on your part.

Our approach
We don't sell AI buzzwords. We deliver specific actions: the right reminder, at the right time, to the right client. Everything is built in Poland, for Polish law and Polish business realities, with full support for KSeF, Polish NIP identifiers, date formats, and PLN currency.
